Ingredients

  • 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (optional)
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the diced mangoes, coconut milk, sliced banana, honey (if using), and ice cubes.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. If desired, add chia seeds and pulse to combine.
