  • 1 cup celery, diced
  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup sweet pickles, diced
  • 2 hard boiled eggs, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper.
