  • 4 New England-style hot dog rolls

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the chopped lobster meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Preheat a skillet over medium heat. Brush the outsides of the hot dog rolls with melted butter.
  3. Place the rolls in the skillet and toast until golden brown on both sides, about 2-3 minutes.
