- 4 top-split hot dog rolls
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the chopped lobster meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, chives, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until well combined.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the butter to the skillet and let it melt.
- Carefully place the hot dog rolls in the skillet, cut side down, and toast until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
- Remove the toasted rolls from the skillet and fill each roll generously with the lobster mixture.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your delicious lobster rolls!
Notes
