Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and lemon juice. Stir until well mixed.
- In serving cups or bowls, layer fresh berries at the bottom.
- Spoon the yogurt mixture over the berries.
- Add another layer of berries on top.
- Garnish with mint leaves if desired.
- Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for up to 30 minutes before serving.
