Refreshing and tangy homemade lemonade that perfectly balances sweet and sour.
Ingredients

- 1 cup Fresh lemons
- 1 cup Granulated sugar
- 4 cups Water
- to taste Ice
- for garnish Lemon slices
Instructions
- In a pitcher, combine the freshly squeezed lemon juice and granulated sugar.
- Stir until the sugar is fully dissolved.
- Add 4 cups of cold water to the lemon juice mixture and stir well.
- Taste and adjust sweetness by adding more sugar or water if necessary.
- Serve over ice and garnish with lemon slices.
Notes
- For a less sweet version, reduce the sugar to 3/4 cup.
- You can add mint leaves for a refreshing twist.
- Store any leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
