A refreshing and aromatic twist on classic lemonade, infused with fragrant lavender and fresh mint.
Ingredients

- 1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 4–6 lemons)
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 4 cups water
- 2 tablespoons dried culinary lavender
- 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves, plus extra for garnish
- Ice cubes
- Lemon slices, for garnish
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine 1 cup of water, sugar, and dried lavender. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and let steep for 15-20 minutes.
- Strain the lavender syrup through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher, discarding the lavender buds.
- Add the fresh lemon juice, remaining 3 cups of cold water, and fresh mint leaves to the pitcher. Stir well to combine.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more sugar or water.
- Serve over ice and garnish with fresh mint leaves and lemon slices.
