- 1 cup BBQ sauce for dipping
Instructions
- Slice the onions into rings and separate them.
- In a bowl, mix the flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each onion ring into the flour mixture, then into the beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the onion rings in batches until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot with BBQ sauce for dipping.

- For extra crunch, double dip the onion rings by repeating the egg and breadcrumb steps.
