  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • Oil for frying
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce for dipping

Instructions

  1. Slice the onions into rings and separate them.
  2. In a bowl, mix the flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dip each onion ring into the flour mixture, then into the beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  5. Fry the onion rings in batches until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  6. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  7. Serve hot with BBQ sauce for dipping.

Notes

  • For extra crunch, double dip the onion rings by repeating the egg and breadcrumb steps.
  • Make sure the oil is hot enough before frying to ensure crispy results.
