Ingredients

  • 6 tablespoons Unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 large Egg yolks
  • 1 can (14 ounces) Sweetened condensed milk
  • 3/4 cup Key lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon Lime zest
  • for serving Whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish.
  4. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool.
  5. In another bowl, whisk together egg yolks, sweetened condensed milk, key lime juice, and lime zest until well combined.
  6. Pour the filling into the cooled crust.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the filling is set and slightly firm. Remove from oven and let cool to room temperature.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours before serving.
  9. Serve with whipped cream and garnish with key lime slices.
