Ingredients

- 1 head Cauliflower Rice
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1 lb Asparagus
- 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
- 4 slices Bacon
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add riced cauliflower, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until the cauliflower is tender, about 5-7 minutes.
- While the cauliflower cooks, preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Toss asparagus with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Grill for about 8 minutes until tender.
- Remove asparagus from the grill and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and crumbled bacon.
- Serve the riced cauliflower and grilled asparagus together as a delicious keto-friendly BBQ side.
Notes
- Feel free to add your favorite herbs to the cauliflower for extra flavor.
- You can substitute asparagus with green beans or zucchini if preferred.
