- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a greased baking dish, layer the toasted bread slices at the bottom.
- Top the bread with the sliced turkey breast evenly.
- Sprinkle the crumbled bacon over the turkey.
- Pour the Mornay sauce over the turkey and bacon, ensuring even coverage.
- Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese, paprika, and black pepper on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- You can prepare the Mornay sauce ahead of time and store it in the refrigerator until ready to use.
