Ingredients

- 1 bunch of kale, washed and dried
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Remove the kale leaves from the stems and tear into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large bowl, toss the kale pieces with olive oil, salt, and any optional seasonings until evenly coated.
- Place the kale in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to do this in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
- Air fry for 5-7 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the kale is crispy and slightly browned.
- Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy your crispy kale chips!
