  • 1/2 cup mozzarella balls or cubed mozzarella
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, black olives, mozzarella, and basil.
