- 1 pound fresh carrots, peeled and cut into sticks
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium heat.
- In a bowl, mix together the honey, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Add the carrot sticks to the bowl and toss until they are well coated.
- Place the carrots on the grill and cook for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally until they are tender and have grill marks.
- Remove from the grill and sprinkle with fresh dill before serving.
Notes
- You can also roast these in the oven at 400°F (200°C) for about 20-25 minutes if grilling is not an option.
- Feel free to adjust the amount of honey based on your sweetness preference.
