Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh carrots, peeled and cut into sticks
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the honey, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the carrot sticks to the bowl and toss until they are well coated.
  4. Place the carrots on the grill and cook for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally until they are tender and have grill marks.
  5. Remove from the grill and sprinkle with fresh dill before serving.

Notes

  • You can also roast these in the oven at 400°F (200°C) for about 20-25 minutes if grilling is not an option.
