- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Rub the seasoning mixture all over the pork tenderloin until evenly coated.
- Place the seasoned pork tenderloin in the air fryer basket.
- Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 15 minutes, turning halfway through the cooking time.
- Check the internal temperature of the pork; it should reach 145°F (63°C).
- Once cooked, remove the pork from the air fryer and let it rest for 5 minutes.
- Slice the pork tenderloin and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
