- 500g ground meat (beef, pork, or a mix)
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 tablespoons olive oil for frying
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground meat, onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, parsley, salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
- Form the mixture into small balls (about the size of a golf ball).
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the meatballs in batches to avoid overcrowding the pan.
- Cook the meatballs for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until they are browned and cooked through.
- Remove from heat and serve hot with your choice of sides or sauce.
