Ingredients

  • 500g ground meat (beef, pork, or a mix)
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground meat, onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, parsley, salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
  2. Form the mixture into small balls (about the size of a golf ball).
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the meatballs in batches to avoid overcrowding the pan.
  4. Cook the meatballs for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until they are browned and cooked through.
