Description

This grilled salmon recipe produces tender, flaky fish with a smoky flavor, perfect for summer barbecues or weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 salmon fillets (6 ounces each)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, dried parsley, salt, and pepper.
  3. Brush the salmon fillets with the marinade on both sides.
  4. Place the salmon skin-side down on the grill. Close the lid and grill for about 6-8 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fillets.
  5. Flip the salmon carefully and grill for an additional 4-6 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Remove the salmon from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.
  7. Serve with lemon wedges on the side.
