- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the salmon fillets with the marinade on both sides.
- Place the salmon on the grill, skin-side down, and cook for 4-5 minutes.
- Carefully flip the salmon and grill for another 4-5 minutes or until cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove from the grill and serve with lemon wedges.
Notes
- For best results, marinate the salmon for at least 30 minutes before grilling.
