- 4 salmon fillets, skin on
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

- 1 lemon, sliced for garnish
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, pepper, and oregano.
- Brush the salmon fillets with the marinade on both sides.
- Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the grill. Close the lid and cook for about 6-8 minutes.
- Carefully flip the salmon fillets and grill for an additional 4-6 minutes, until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes.
- Garnish with lemon slices and fresh parsley before serving.

- For added flavor, marinate the salmon in the olive oil mixture for 30 minutes before grilling.
