- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the salmon fillets with the marinade on both sides.
- Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the grill and cook for about 6-8 minutes.
- Carefully flip the salmon and grill for another 4-6 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
- Serve with lemon wedges.
