- 4 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 4 scoops vanilla ice cream
- Honey, for drizzling
- Fresh mint leaves, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- Brush the cut sides of the peaches with olive oil and sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Place the peaches cut-side down on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes, or until grill marks appear and the peaches are soft.
- Remove the peaches from the grill and let them cool slightly.
- Serve each peach half with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top.
- Drizzle with honey and garnish with fresh mint leaves, if desired.
