Juicy grilled peaches served warm with creamy vanilla ice cream and a drizzle of honey, creating a perfect summer dessert.


Ingredients

  • 4 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 4 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • Honey, for drizzling
  • Fresh mint leaves, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  2. Brush the cut sides of the peaches with olive oil and sprinkle with cinnamon.
  3. Place the peaches cut-side down on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes, or until grill marks appear and the peaches are soft.
  4. Remove the peaches from the grill and let them cool slightly.
  5. Serve each peach half with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top.
  6. Drizzle with honey and garnish with fresh mint leaves, if desired.

Notes

  • Choose peaches that are ripe but still firm for the best grilling results.
  • You can also use a grill pan if you don’t have an outdoor grill.
