Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil and cinnamon.
  3. Brush the cut sides of the peach halves with the olive oil mixture.
  4. Place the peaches cut-side down on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes, or until grill marks appear and the peaches are tender.
  5. Flip the peaches over and drizzle with honey or maple syrup. Grill for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  6. Remove the peaches from the grill and let them cool slightly.
