Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil and cinnamon.
- Brush the cut sides of the peach halves with the olive oil mixture.
- Place the peaches cut-side down on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes, or until grill marks appear and the peaches are tender.
- Flip the peaches over and drizzle with honey or maple syrup. Grill for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Remove the peaches from the grill and let them cool slightly.
- Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a dollop of Greek yogurt, and garnish with fresh mint if desired.
