This Grilled Peach & Burrata Salad with Honey is a delightful combination of sweet grilled peaches, creamy burrata cheese, and a drizzle of honey, perfect for summer gatherings.

- 4 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 8 ounces burrata cheese
- 2 cups arugula or mixed greens
- 1/4 cup walnuts, toasted
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
- Honey, for drizzling
- Balsamic glaze, for drizzling (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Brush the cut side of the peach halves with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Place the peaches cut side down on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes, or until grill marks appear and the peaches are tender.
- Remove the peaches from the grill and let them cool slightly.
- On a serving platter, arrange the arugula or mixed greens.
- Place the grilled peach halves on top of the greens.
- Tear the burrata cheese into pieces and scatter over the salad.
- Sprinkle the toasted walnuts and fresh basil leaves on top.
- Drizzle honey over the salad and add balsamic glaze if desired.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
