A refreshing summer salad featuring sweet grilled peaches, creamy burrata cheese, and a drizzle of honey.
Ingredients

- 4 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 ounces burrata cheese
- 2 cups arugula or mixed greens
- 1/4 cup toasted walnuts, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
- Honey for drizzling
- Balsamic glaze (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium heat.
- Brush peach halves with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Place peaches cut side down on the grill and cook for 3-4 minutes until grill marks appear.
- Turn peaches over and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until they are tender.
- Remove peaches from the grill and let cool slightly.
- On a serving platter, arrange the arugula or mixed greens.
- Place the grilled peaches on top of the greens.
- Tear the burrata cheese into pieces and scatter over the peaches.
- Sprinkle with toasted walnuts and fresh basil leaves.
- Drizzle with honey and balsamic glaze if using.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Use ripe but firm peaches for the best grilling results.
- Feel free to add other toppings like feta cheese or prosciutto for extra flavor.
