Deliciously grilled corn on the cob slathered in homemade garlic butter.
Ingredients

- 4 ears of corn, husked
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
- Lime wedges for serving (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix together the softened butter, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Husk the corn and remove all silk. Rinse the corn under cold water and pat dry.
- Brush each ear of corn generously with the garlic butter mixture.
- Place the corn on the grill and cook for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until the corn is tender and has grill marks.
- Remove the corn from the grill and brush with additional garlic butter if desired.
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve with lime wedges.
