Description

Deliciously grilled corn on the cob slathered in homemade garlic butter.


Ingredients

  • 4 ears of corn, husked
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
  • Lime wedges for serving (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the softened butter, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  3. Husk the corn and remove all silk. Rinse the corn under cold water and pat dry.
  4. Brush each ear of corn generously with the garlic butter mixture.
  5. Place the corn on the grill and cook for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until the corn is tender and has grill marks.
  6. Remove the corn from the grill and brush with additional garlic butter if desired.
  7. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve with lime wedges.
