Description
Deliciously grilled corn on the cob slathered in rich garlic butter, perfect for summer barbecues.
Ingredients
Scale
- 4 ears of corn, husked
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, combine softened butter, minced garlic, parsley (if using), salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Husk the corn and remove all silk. Brush each ear of corn with the garlic butter mixture, reserving some for later.
- Place the corn directly on the grill. Cook for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the corn is tender and has grill marks.
- Remove the corn from the grill and brush with additional garlic butter before serving.
Notes
- For added flavor, you can sprinkle some grated Parmesan cheese on the corn before serving.
- If you prefer, you can soak the corn in water for 30 minutes before grilling to keep it moist.
