Grilled Corn on the Cob with Garlic Butter: 5 Must-Try Tips

  • Author: ushinzomr

Description

Deliciously grilled corn on the cob slathered in rich garlic butter, perfect for summer barbecues.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 ears of corn, husked
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, combine softened butter, minced garlic, parsley (if using), salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Husk the corn and remove all silk. Brush each ear of corn with the garlic butter mixture, reserving some for later.
  4. Place the corn directly on the grill. Cook for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the corn is tender and has grill marks.
  5. Remove the corn from the grill and brush with additional garlic butter before serving.

Notes

  • For added flavor, you can sprinkle some grated Parmesan cheese on the corn before serving.
  • If you prefer, you can soak the corn in water for 30 minutes before grilling to keep it moist.
