Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until just combined, being careful not to overwork the meat.
  3. Form the mixture into 4 equal patties, making a slight indentation in the center of each patty to prevent puffing up while cooking.
