  • 4 large eggs

  • 1 cup (125g) all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup (90g) unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup (175g) chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium heat, about 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted butter and sugar until well blended.
  3. Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Do not overmix.
  6. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  7. Pour the brownie batter into a greased and lined 9×9 inch baking pan.
  8. Cover the pan tightly with aluminum foil.
  9. Place the covered pan on the grill and cook for about 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  10. Remove the pan from the grill and let the brownies cool for a few minutes before cutting into squares.
