Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the diced potatoes, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until the potatoes are evenly coated.
- Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to do this in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy.
