  • 1/2 cup (115g) unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, combine the softened butter, parsley, chives, basil, thyme, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined to form the herb butter.
  3. Husk the corn and remove all silk. Rinse the corn under cool water.
  4. Place the corn on the grill and cook for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the corn is tender and has grill marks.
  5. Remove the corn from the grill and let it cool slightly.
  6. Generously spread the herb butter over the grilled corn before serving.
