Deliciously grilled corn on the cob slathered in a rich and flavorful herb butter. Perfect for summer barbecues!

- 4 ears of corn, husked
- 1/2 cup (115g) unsalted butter, softened
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, combine the softened butter, parsley, chives, basil, thyme, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined to form the herb butter.
- Husk the corn and remove all silk. Rinse the corn under cool water.
- Place the corn on the grill and cook for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the corn is tender and has grill marks.
- Remove the corn from the grill and let it cool slightly.
- Generously spread the herb butter over the grilled corn before serving.
