- 12 large sea shells
- 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
- 1 cup cooked crab meat
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped shrimp, crab meat, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Stuff each sea shell with the seafood mixture, pressing gently to pack it in.
- Arrange the stuffed shells in a baking dish. Sprinkle the tops with additional breadcrumbs and parsley.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the filling is heated through.
