Ingredients

  • 12 large sea shells
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1 cup cooked crab meat
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped shrimp, crab meat, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Stuff each sea shell with the seafood mixture, pressing gently to pack it in.
  4. Arrange the stuffed shells in a baking dish. Sprinkle the tops with additional breadcrumbs and parsley.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the filling is heated through.
