Scale
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 large eggs

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Oil for frying
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions

- In another bowl, beat the eggs, then add milk and vanilla. Mix well.
- Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined.
- Heat oil in a deep frying pan to 375°F (190°C).

- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, consider adding cinnamon or nutmeg to the batter.
- Serve immediately for the best texture.
