Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 cups Mixed fruits (berries, bananas, mangoes, etc.)
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix well until smooth.
  2. Add the mixed fruits and lemon juice, and gently fold them into the yogurt mixture.
  3. Pour the mixture into an airtight container or a loaf pan.
  4. Cover and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
  5. Before serving, let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes to soften slightly.
