- 1 lb white fish fillets (such as cod or tilapia)
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 8 small corn tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
- Creamy sauce (sour cream, mayonnaise, lime juice, and a pinch of salt)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and salt. Rub the spice mixture over the fish fillets.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add a little oil. Cook the fish for about 3-4 minutes on each side until cooked through and flaky.
- Warm the corn tortillas in a separate skillet or microwave until pliable.
- Assemble the tacos by placing pieces of fish on each tortilla. Top with shredded cabbage, diced tomatoes, chopped cilantro, and avocado slices.
- Drizzle with creamy sauce and squeeze lime juice over the top.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!

- You can use any white fish or even shrimp for this recipe.
