  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges
  • Creamy sauce (sour cream, mayonnaise, lime juice, and a pinch of salt)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and salt. Rub the spice mixture over the fish fillets.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add a little oil. Cook the fish for about 3-4 minutes on each side until cooked through and flaky.
  3. Warm the corn tortillas in a separate skillet or microwave until pliable.
  4. Assemble the tacos by placing pieces of fish on each tortilla. Top with shredded cabbage, diced tomatoes, chopped cilantro, and avocado slices.
