- 1/2 cup Elderflower syrup
- 1/2 cup Fresh lemon juice
- 4 cups Cold water
- for garnish Lemon slices
- for garnish Fresh mint leaves
Instructions
- In a large pitcher, combine the elderflower syrup and fresh lemon juice.
- Add the cold water and stir well to combine.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more elderflower syrup.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Serve over ice and garnish with lemon slices and fresh mint leaves.
Notes
- For a sparkling version, substitute some of the cold water with sparkling water.
- You can adjust the ratio of syrup to lemon juice according to your taste preference.
