This no-bake strawberry tiramisu is a delightful twist on the classic dessert, featuring layers of creamy mascarpone and fresh strawberries.

- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
- 1 package ladyfinger cookies (savoiardi)
- Cocoa powder for dusting
- Mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- In another bowl, combine mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Fold in the whipped cream gently until well combined.
- Dip each ladyfinger quickly into the cooled coffee, making sure not to soak them.
- In a serving dish, layer the soaked ladyfingers at the bottom.
- Spread a layer of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers, then add a layer of sliced strawberries.
- Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with the mascarpone mixture on top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
- Before serving, dust with cocoa powder and garnish with mint leaves if desired.
Notes
- For a stronger coffee flavor, you can use espresso instead of brewed coffee.
- Feel free to substitute strawberries with other berries like blueberries or raspberries.
