  • 2 cups cold water
  • Ice cubes
  • Mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place the watermelon cubes in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Strain the watermelon puree through a fine mesh sieve into a large pitcher to remove any pulp.
  3. Add the fresh lime juice, sugar, and cold water to the pitcher, and stir until the sugar dissolves completely.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more sugar or lime juice.
  5. Chill the lemonade in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  6. Serve over ice cubes and garnish with mint leaves if desired.
