- 2 oz Fresh grapefruit juice
- 1/2 oz Lime juice
- 1/2 oz Simple syrup
- to top Club soda
- for rim Salt
- for garnish Grapefruit slice
Instructions
- Rim a glass with salt by running a lime wedge around the edge and dipping it into salt.
- In a shaker, combine tequila, grapefruit juice, lime juice, and simple syrup with ice.
- Shake well until chilled.
- Strain the mixture into the prepared glass filled with ice.
- Top with club soda and stir gently.
- Garnish with a slice of grapefruit.
