- 1 head Coleslaw
- 2 cups Carrots
- 1 cup Cabbage
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
- 4 ears Corn on the cob
- 1/2 cup Butter
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 2 cans Baked beans
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine shredded coleslaw, carrots, and cabbage.
- In a separate bowl, mix together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the coleslaw mixture and toss to combine. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- For the corn on the cob, preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Brush the corn with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder.
- Grill the corn for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until tender and slightly charred.
- For the baked beans, heat the beans in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Stir in the BBQ sauce and simmer for about 10 minutes until heated through.
Notes
- Feel free to customize the coleslaw with other add-ins like raisins or nuts.
- For extra flavor, try adding smoked paprika or chili powder to the baked beans.
