- 1 cup dried mulberries
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup almond butter or peanut butter
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup nuts (e.g., almonds, walnuts, or pecans), chopped
- 1/4 cup seeds (e.g., sunflower seeds or chia seeds)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine dried mulberries, rolled oats, chopped nuts, and seeds.
- In a separate bowl, mix almond butter, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
- Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until everything is well combined.
- Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper. Press the mixture firmly into the dish, spreading it evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
- Once set, remove from the dish and cut into bars. Store in an airtight container.
