Ingredients

- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar

- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced cucumbers, red onion, and fresh dill.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the red wine vinegar, olive oil, sugar, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Pour the dressing over the cucumber mixture and toss gently to coat.
- Let the salad sit for at least 10 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
Notes
- For a creamier salad, you can add 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt.
