  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish
  • Lime wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. Pour the salsa over the chicken, followed by the black beans and corn.
  3. Sprinkle the cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper on top.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is cooked through.
  5. Once cooked, shred the chicken directly in the crockpot using two forks.
  6. Stir to combine all ingredients and let it cook for an additional 10-15 minutes.
  7. Serve warm, garnished with fresh cilantro and lime wedges.
