Description
These crispy roasted Brussels sprouts are golden, tender, and totally addictive. Perfectly seasoned and roasted to perfection, they make a fantastic side dish for any meal.

- 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well coated.
- Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet, cut side down.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
- If using, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese during the last 5 minutes of roasting.
- Remove from the oven and drizzle with balsamic vinegar if desired. Serve warm.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, try broiling the Brussels sprouts for the last 2-3 minutes of cooking.
- Feel free to add your favorite seasonings or spices for additional flavor.
- Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
