Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the cubed potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the potatoes are golden and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
