  • Your favorite wing sauce (Buffalo, BBQ, etc.) for tossing

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top. This allows air to circulate and helps the wings get crispy.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the baking powder, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper.
