Ingredients

- 4 cups green cabbage, finely shredded
- 1 cup carrots, grated
- 1/2 cup red cabbage, finely shredded
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the green cabbage, red cabbage, and carrots.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, celery seed, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss to coat evenly.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to let the flavors meld.
Notes
- For a creamier texture, add more mayonnaise to taste.
- Feel free to add diced apples or raisins for a sweet twist.
