- 1 cup coarse ground coffee
- 4 cups cold water
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- as needed ice
Instructions
- In a large jar or pitcher, combine the coarse ground coffee and cold water. Stir well to ensure all the coffee is saturated.
- Cover and let the mixture steep in the refrigerator for 12 to 24 hours.
- Once steeped, strain the coffee using a fine-mesh sieve or coffee filter to remove the grounds.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- To serve, fill a glass with ice, pour in the cold brew coffee, and top with the vanilla sweet cream mixture. Stir gently to combine.
