- 6 beef or pork hot dogs
- Mustard, to taste
- Ketchup, to taste
- Relish, to taste
- Onions, diced (optional)

Instructions
- Preheat your grill or stovetop grill pan over medium heat.
- Place the hot dogs on the grill and cook for about 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally until they are heated through and have grill marks.
- While the hot dogs are grilling, warm the hot dog buns on the grill for the last 1-2 minutes.
- Once the hot dogs are cooked, place each one into a bun.
- Top with your favorite condiments: mustard, ketchup, relish, and diced onions.
- If desired, add sauerkraut on top for extra flavor.
