Juicy and flavorful, these citrus-marinated grilled chicken thighs are perfect for any summer barbecue or weeknight dinner.

- 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together orange juice, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and black pepper.
- Place the chicken thighs in a resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish and pour the marinade over the chicken. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to 8 hours.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade.
- Place the chicken thighs on the grill, skin-side down, and cook for 6-7 minutes. Flip and cook for an additional 6-7 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Remove from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate overnight.
- Serve with grilled vegetables or a fresh salad.
