- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together orange juice, lemon juice, lime juice, olive oil, garlic, honey, salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and red pepper flakes.
- Place chicken thighs in a large zip-top bag or a shallow dish and pour the marinade over the chicken. Seal the bag or cover the dish, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or up to 8 hours for best results.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade and shake off any excess.
- Place the chicken thighs on the grill, skin-side down, and cook for 6-8 minutes. Flip the chicken and cook for another 6-8 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
